Born March 22, 1930 in Noble County, Indiana, the second of five children.

Farmed from 1948-1954 when he entered college.

Married Mary North July 23, 1950.

Have four children; Michael, 1952, Duane, 1954, Carol, 1957, and Roger, 1960.

Education:

B.A. majoring in Sciences and Secondary Education - Cedarville.

Graduate work - University of Michigan.

Bachelor of Divinity - Grand Rapids Baptist Theological Seminary.

Experience:

1963-1975 - Pastor Calvary Baptist Church, Owosso, MI.

1975-1984 - Pastor Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Toronto.

1984-1989 - Ontario Regional Secretary, Fellowship Office.

1989-1996 - Pastor Evangelical Baptist Church, Amherstburg.

1996 - Retired

1996-1998 - Maintenance, Christian Academy, Japan

Interim Pastor, Lively Baptist Church, Lively

2002          - Visitation Pastor, Harrow Baptist Church

Primary Areas of Service:

Makes regular visits to seniors and those in nursing homes.

With his wife, Mary, helps lead the sonshiners ministry.

Preaches and teaches where necessary.
